As a former security guard & a former horse poop shoveler ;  I can confirm that it is not fun to be on either side of those conversations . 

You will either throw away your clothes at the end of the day of shoveling or you are forced to carry the stench of horses & wet garbage forever. 

You will either fight the drug dealer who sneaks in to the concert & get sued for harming a minority or you let him in & be forced to watch a young victim flail to death from a unwanted over-dose as the E.M.T. medics fail to arrive in time . 

The beggar & the trans weirdo are harmless . Either ask them to leave in the most polite way possible or shout profanity at them & watch as they come back with a large crowd of angry gangsters who recorded the interaction . If you are extra violent , throw a sandwich at the federal agent who pretends to be homeless . That gets them even angrier. They hate the idea of free food . 

Every human is entitled to their right to pee with dignity in a private stall .
